Every year, the Kazan International Legal Forum brings together representatives of government, academia and business in one place. Its business programme becomes an occasion for genuine dialogue.

The forum's two days allow participants to communicate directly with one another in an open and friendly atmosphere.

That is why the Kazan International Legal Forum is an important event in the legal community's calendar. At the forum's venues:

  • government officials can openly discuss current issues with business; 

  • scholars can compare notes with colleagues on research priorities;

  • businesses can work out how to reduce legal risks in advance; 

  • young lawyers can find inspiration and understand where to develop next.

In 2026, Orlova\Ermolenko is the General Partner of the V Kazan International Legal Forum. On 24 September we will hold a separate session on M&A. The discussions we take part in will cover the broadest possible range of topics, from modern intellectual property law to land law in the context of urban areas. We will also take part in sessions on tax planning and business efficiency, antitrust law and the anatomy of cross-border disputes.


In the coming days our speakers will themselves explain what their sessions will cover and why they are worth attending. We promise it will not be boring: we are covering the most current topics. Stay tuned!
