Antitrust and Competition

We support businesses on competition, economic concentration, public procurement and engagement with the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

We work on anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, public procurement, antitrust compliance, advertising and unfair competition. We support transactions that require antitrust clearance from the Federal Antimonopoly Service, as well as antitrust disputes and inspections.

We take account of sector specifics and the features of each business. We have experience working with companies in industry, technology, construction, pharmaceuticals and transport.
