Construction and Infrastructure

We support investment and construction projects from the design of the project structure through to implementation and commissioning of the facility. We work with industrial and infrastructure facilities, housing stock and cultural heritage sites of federal, regional and local significance.

We help to build the contractual and financial relationships between the project participants and to structure project financing and lease arrangements. We draft design, supply and construction contracts under EP, EPC and EPCM models, and support negotiations and document flow between project participants.

We represent clients, developers and general contractors in construction disputes at the contracting stage, during the project and after its completion. We defend clients in Russian courts and in Russian and international arbitration.
Our task is to provide legal support for construction and infrastructure projects from structuring through to commissioning, without delays or hidden risks: to build the contractual relationships, structure the financing and protect your interests in disputes.
