Intellectual Property (IP)

We support the legal documentation and conclusion of transactions involving rights to intellectual property: software, databases, trademarks, inventions, utility models, industrial designs and other assets. In our work we take account of business objectives, sector specifics and likely legal risks. Where a project touches on more than one area of law, we bring together the expertise of specialists from related practices. One of the key areas of our work is the legal review of intellectual property. We verify the rights holder's title, identify and assess the risks associated with the planned transaction, and propose ways of minimising those risks along with recommendations on how to structure the documents. We represent your interests before Rospatent, the Chamber for Patent Disputes, the Intellectual Property Court, the commercial courts and the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
